Perfect Cheese Bites

2 packages phyllo shells (found in freezer section)

brie cheese, cut thin

Suan's Scotch Bonnet jelly

Place a thin slice of brie in each phyllo shell and then top with a dollop of Suan's Scotch Bonnet jelly. Serve on a tray. Great item to make ahead! Feel free to experiment with other cheeses you have on hand

1 Braum's cheesecake, thawed

1 jar of Suan's Pineapple Cinnamon Jam

Top cheesecake with Suan's Pineapple Jam and serve.
