Police Seek Suspect In Purcell Gift Card Theft

The season of giving turns sour pretty quick for one company in Purcell. Police there say an employee with Horizontal Well Drillers called and reported a big case of larceny.

The company was trying to do something nice for its employees, giving out Wal-Mart Gift Cards. Unfortunately, a Grinch took all 42 cards, each with $100 on them, and took off.

An employee says the cards were in a place where only a few employees could get to them.

Some have already been used. Police are trying to narrow down suspects.
