Authorities have arrested a woman in connection with the robbery of Tinker Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City.
According to the FBI, at about 1:15 p.m. Monday, a woman walked into the Tinker Federal Credit Union, located at 1177 N.E. 23rd Street, and gave a teller a note demanding money.
The suspect, later identified as 51-year-old Alice Jean Underwood, claimed to have a bomb, according to the FBI.
The teller gave Underwood an undisclosed amount of money. Oklahoma City police officers were able to take her into custody as she attempted to leave the bank.
No one was injured during the incident.
Underwood is facing federal bank robbery charges. She will be transported to the Grady County Jail, where she will be detained until her initial appearance in Federal Court.
