3.3 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near McCord

A 3.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded Sunday morning near McCord, Oklahoma.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the earthquake was recorded at 10:28 a.m. Its epicenter was located 15 miles south of McCord, 17 miles south of Ponca City, 22 miles north of Stillwater, and 71 miles north, northeast of Oklahoma City.

It was about two miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported following this earthquake.
