Suspected Serial Bank Robber Arrested In OKC

An arrest has been made in the serial robberies of several metro banks, Friday evening.

A special agent with the Oklahoma FBI tells News 9 37-year-old Caleb Daniels was arrested at his home in the 800 block of NW 30th St in OKC, at approximately 5 p.m.

Daniels is suspected of robbing three MidFirst bank locations around the metro; one at 13420 N. May on Oct. 31 and again on Dec. 19, and another 6531 N. MacArthur, in Warr Acres on Nov. 21.

All three of the robberies were investigated by the FBI, the Oklahoma City Police Department and the Warr Acres Police Department.

Daniels was taken to the Grady County Jail where he faces federal bank robbing charges. No other information has been released at this time.
