Man Shot Several Times In Shawnee Neighborhood

A victim was rushed to the hospital Monday night after being shot multiple times near E. Alice and Draper Avenue in Shawnee.

Around 9:30 p.m., neighbors dialed 911 after hearing several gunshots. Police rushed to the scene and found a shooting victim. He was rushed to OU Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim's name and condition are not known.

Police are investigating and have not said what led to the shooting.
