Trial Begins For Midwest City Man Accused Of Raping Six-Year-Old

The jury trial for a Midwest City man accused of molesting a 6-year-old girl began Monday.

George David Armstrong Junior, 46, faces felony charges of first-degree rape and lewd acts with a child under 16.

Armstrong was living with the young girl's family at the time of the rape. A relative of the girl came forward in January with the accusation.

Armstrong allegedly took inappropriate pictures with the girl. Police seized Armstrong's phones as evidence.
