NORMAN, Oklahoma -

Monday night started out just like any other for an OU student working at Hollie's Flatiron Steakhouse in Moore. She recited her usual welcome and took a group's order. Little did she know, her night was about to transform into one she will never forget.

The group, Jessica Arvieux said, was very kind. They ordered a bunch of appetizers and asked for their check.

"I brought out their check and they were all recording me so I was a little confused," said Arvieux. "He said, 'We're leaving you a really big tip.'"

Arvieux looked down into the customer's hand to see a stack of twenties. She figured it would be a generous $100 tip, but Arvieux had no idea just how big of a tip she was getting.

"It's 500 dollars!" said Seth Collins, one of the customers.

Arvieux's excited reaction was all caught on camera by Collins' friends. He actually travels across the United State fulfilling the "Last Wishes" of his late brother, Aaron Collins, who left them in a will. Number 79 was to leave a $500 tip for someone, explained Collins.

"I was just so happy. I was like, 'are you sure you don't want to-go drinks? Are you sure there's nothing else I can get you? I just hugged him and I was like ugh, good day," said Arvieux. "I actually had a tuition payment that came through for $250 and I was just like I have no idea how I'm going to pay this."

She used the tip to pay off that bill but perhaps the best part of the surprise was that even Collins did not know how much of an impact his brother's last wish would have on the unsuspecting server.

"I actually have a hundred dollars of the five hundred, set aside and I'm going to do it. I'm thinking a pizza delivery guy," said Arvieux.
