'Made In Oklahoma' Offers Recipe For Holiday Pinwheels

The Holidays are right around the corner, and all that cooking can get a little stressful.

We've got David Brooks from the Made In Oklahoma Coalition with an easy, crowd-pleasing recipe.

Ingredients:

1 package large Serapio Flour Tortillas (Burrito size)

2-8oz. packages of Whipped Cream Cheese

1 package Spicy Ranch dressing (powder)

1 cup crisply cooked JC Potter bacon

1 package Braums Sliced cheese

1 package Bar-S 4x6 sliced ham

1 jar SUAN's Jelly, Salsa or Preserves

Instructions: 

1. In a large mixing bowl blend the Whipped Cream, Spicy Ranch dressing and Suan's product.

2. Lay out one large Tortilla

3. Spread the mixture evenly and thinly over the Tortilla

4. Sprinkle bacon bits over entire tortilla.

5. Put one row of sliced cheese across the middle of the Tortilla

6. Spread Bar-S ham slices over tortilla

7. Roll tortilla and seal with

Yield will be 7-9 pinwheels per tortilla, and this mixture will cover one full package of burrito size tortillas.
