The Chickasha Wal-Mart custodian who told two gay men to leave the store Tuesday night is no longer with the company.

Jonathan Pacheco says he and his partner Miguel Escabedo were shopping for cookies, when they were approached by a janitor. Pacheco says the janitor told them the bible talks about Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

Pacheco says he then told them they weren't welcome in the store and says when he complained to four different managers, they didn't handle it well.

"They shook our hands and said they ‘We're sorry. We'll take care of it.'  That's all they did. They didn't ask our names or anything. They just sent us on our way."

Thursday night, Wal-Mart Corporate Spokesperson Kayla Wahling told News 9, "This is clearly unacceptable to us and our customers. And the associate involved is no longer with the company."
