Officers Bust Three Women For Prostitution At OKC Massage Parlor

Undercover officers arrest three women for prostitution after they offered massage customers "happy endings."

One of the women, Luyang Liang, was arrested at the Relaxing Center on North May after she allegedly committed a lewd act during a massage session.

Undercover officers also arrested Dawn Winafer, and Mistie Nihart. Both allegedly advertised "rub downs" online and offered officers sex in exchange for money.
