Tulsa Police are asking for help in identifying a man killed in a hit and run incident last month.

It happened at about 8 p.m. on October 13, 2013.

Police were called to 12400 East 31st Street to investigate a fatality collision. When they arrived, they found a man's body in the road.

They say the man had been run over by multiple vehicles. Police believe he was trying to cross the road when he was hit by a dark-colored Chevrolet SUV which didn't stop.

The victim is a Hispanic male in his early to mid-20s. He was wearing a dark blue short-sleeve polo-style Nike shirt with red piping on the sides.

The shirt had a red panel on the front with a Football Club Barcelona logo and a yellow Unicef logo along the lower back area. Football Club Barcelona is a professional soccer team in Spain that has a worldwide following.

The victim was wearing tan shorts under dark blue pants and brown cowboy boots.

If you think you know the man, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or text TIP918 to CRIMES.
