Oklahoma City firefighters returning from a call discovered a small hole in the street that quickly opened up into a large sinkhole.

The crew was driving on Hudson between S.W. 23rd and S.W. 24th Streets around noon Friday when they saw the hole. As they drove over it, the hole grew even larger.

The sinkhole is approximately six feet wide and three feet deep, and it opened over a damaged sewer line.

The firefighters blocked off the road. The sinkhole has not caused any accidents or injuries.
