A tracking app on an iPad leads deputies to five burglary suspects.

According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, a car was burglarized in the 2000 block of Blue Jay Drive in Edmond Tuesday morning. Several items were taken out of the vehicle including an iPad, tools, a laptop and checks.

The victim told deputies that a tracking application on the stolen iPad notified him where the device was located. Deputies went to the location at 2545 W. Park Place in Oklahoma City where they made contract with several people inside.

After securing a search warrant, investigators discovered the stolen items that had been reported from the burglary. Deputies also found 24-grams of methamphetamine inside the house and a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun.
