My 2 Cents: ObamaCare
I haven't said much about Obamacare recently because quite frankly everyone else has, but I'm tired of gritting my teeth about it.
First I'm betting nobody, in a government job, will be canned like they should be for this disastrous launch of the Obamacare website.
In the private sector heads would have already rolled, it seems you almost can't get fired from a government job, and that leads to mediocrity or worse as we've seen.
The more layers of this Obamacare onion that are peeled away, the more I'm reminded of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi famously telling an audience that "We have to pass the bill so that you can out to find out what's in it".
We're finding out.
And day after day I'm reading reports about Americans existing policies being canceled or replaced by much more expensive plans.
Now NBC and others are reporting the President knew long ago, when he was saying "if you like your insurance plan you can keep it", that millions really wouldn't be able to because of a loophole, for lack of a better name, written into the law.
Some may end up with better plans that cover more healthcare needs, more expensive too, but they will not have had the option to keep their current insurance as they were promised.
