GRADY COUNTY, Oklahoma -

The Grady County Sheriff's Office has delivered 5,000 Halloween treat bags to Elementary school children in Grady County this week.

According to the Sheriff's Office, deputies delivered the treat bags to Ninnekah, Rush Springs, Alex, Middleburg, Friend, Bridge Creek, Tuttle, Minco, Pocasset and Verden Elementary schools on Wednesday.

The Sheriff's Office will continue to deliver more treat bags on Monday at Pioneer and Chickasha Elementary schools.

The Halloween treat bags are fluorescent and have safety tips printed on them.
