A small earthquake was recorded near Enid, Oklahoma, early Sunday morning.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 3.1 magnitude quake was recorded at 3:17 a.m. Its epicenter was located 11 miles north of Enid, 42 miles west, southwest of Ponca City, and 77 miles north, northwest of Oklahoma City.
It was about two miles deep.
No injuries or damage were reported following this earthquake.
Two small earthquake rocked the central Oklahoma area Friday morning. A 2.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded just before 8 a.m. Its epicenter was located three miles east of Luther.
Another 2.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 9:42 a.m. Friday. Its epicenter was located four miles north of Spencer.
