Roasted Garlic Sausage Rabe Pasta

1 package orrechette or large shell pasta

4 Italian sausages, skins removed and crumbled

1 bunch broccoli or broccoli rabe

2 cloves garlic, roasted (see recipe below)

parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to instructions till al dente and set aside. In a large skillet, saute the Italian sausage till cooked through. Stir in the broccolini and roasted garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook till broccoli is tender. Add in the pasta to warm through and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
