Police arrested a Chickasha man after a witness reported he pulled out a shotgun and threatened to kill a DHS worker.
Christopher Don Rodgers, 28, was upset about an issue related to the custody of his children. Chickasha Police said a witness told them Thursday that Rodgers had pulled out a weapon and said he was going to kill the DHS worker handling his case.
At 8:30 p.m. on October 10, Oklahoma City Police located Rodgers and notified the Chickasha Police Department. Chickasha detectives went to the scene and searched Rodgers' vehicle. They reported finding a long gun inside.
Rodgers was arrested for endeavoring to commit an act of violence. He's being held in the Grady County Detention Center.
