Three Injured After Head-On Crash In Norman

NORMAN, Oklahoma -

Three people were seriously injured after a head-on collision in Norman, Saturday evening.

Norman Police and Fire crews were called to the scene, located near the 3600 block of NW 36th St.,  just before 6 p.m.

According to witnesses, a Honda Accord, green in color was traveling southbound on NW 36th Avenue when their vehicle was struck by a Corvette, black in color that was traveling northbound.

Both drivers, along with a passenger in the Honda, were seriously injured and transported by ambulance to a local hospital.

The identities of the victims are not known at this time. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
