An Oklahoma City family is making a plea to the public to catch a killer.

It has been exactly 13 months since the deadly shooting at a Spencer nightclub that claimed their loved one's life. It has been a long and frustrating wait for this family, as they wait for an arrest. But so far no one has come forward with the crucial information detectives need to make a murder arrest.

There are still flowers and a yellow ribbon marking the spot where Ciar Pierce lost his life last August. But so far the makeshift memorial has done little to encourage a viable witness to come forward.

"This person may strike again," said Adam Dilley, Ciar's uncle. "Probably will strike again, knowing the violent nature of how it happened."

Dilley says he can still recall that day as if it was yesterday. More than 70 shell casings were found outside the Shaker's nightclub off N.E. 23rd Street on August 25, 2012.

Dilley says Ciar had gone there that night with a friend, and was just leaving when bullets started flying.

"We're afraid for other people out there and afraid for those that know what happened that they may be hurt also," said Dilley.

Ciar's mother has also made a plea on her Facebook page about his unsolved murder, and is encouraging people to call the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office to check in on his case.

Mark Myers is with the sheriff's office and says their investigators haven't given up - and are just as frustrated.

"The night of that shooting there were more than 100 people inside of that club," said Myers. "Someone saw something, it's just an issue of no one has come forward to give us the information that we need to go out and make an arrest of the individual who pulled the trigger and killed the victim in this case."

But Ciar's uncle says the family is not giving up. They will continue to keep tabs on Ciar's case.

If you know anything about this unsolved murder, call the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office at 713-1017. You can remain anonymous.
