An Oklahoma City woman ended up with a bloody nose and in handcuffs after a mother called police to complain the suspect was acting inappropriately in front of a child.

On September 22 around 3:30 p.m., the mother called police to an apartment complex on Council Road near Hefner. The mother said 29-year-old Carley Baxter came out of her apartment dressed in only a T-shirt and panties, and cursed at her young son.

The mother said Baxter yelled, "I'm gonna kick your little [expletive]," and "I'm [expletive] crazy."

The mother said Baxter then sat in a lawn chair outside and propped up her legs in a suggestive manner.

Police arrived and knocked on Baxter's door. The officer said Baxter yelled, "who the [expletive] is it," before opening the door. The officer identified himself, and after Baxter opened the door she again asked "who the [expletive] are you?"

The officer said after he once again identified himself, Baxter screamed, "I'm gonna [expletive] kill you!" The officer said she moved toward him with her arms outstretched, as if she were trying to wrap her hands around his neck.

The officer stopped Baxter, handcuffed her and took her into custody. As he walked her to his patrol car, Baxter began struggling and kicked the officer in the thigh.

Police say they had to use force to subdue Baxter, which bloodied her nose. Police say Baxter spit bloody saliva at an officer.

Baxter was booked into the Oklahoma County jail for assault and battery on a police officer, and throwing human waste on a city official.
