Police need help identifying the body of a woman who died Tuesday night in a rollover accident on Interstate 240 in Oklahoma City.

According to police records, when officers arrived at the scene they discovered the unidentified deceased woman lying next to the 2003 Ford Expedition with damage consistent with a rollover accident. They also found 20-year-old Marta Martinez at the scene.

Martinez told police that she and the victim were coming from a gas station near SW 59th St. and May Ave. She also told officers that she was the passenger. However, multiple witnesses told police they saw her exit the vehicle after the wreck from the driver's side door.

Video surveillance from the gas station also showed Martinez in the driver's seat with her seatbelt fastened. The victim was in the passenger seat and was not wearing a seatbelt.

Martinez was then arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail. She is facing a charge of manslaughter and a charge for driving without a valid license. Police say Martinez refused to identify the victim.

If you have any information that could help identify the deceased woman, call police immediately. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
