Three people, including an EMSA paramedic, were hurt early Thursday morning when a four-alarm fire ripped through an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City.
The fire started just before 5 a.m. at the Ambassador House Apartments at N.W. 46th Street and Pennsylvania. Firefighters arrived within minutes, and the fire was under control by 6 a.m.
News 9 has learned two people suffered burns in the fire. An EMSA paramedic who was helping victims at the scene suffered from smoke inhalation. Their conditions are not known.
The flames damaged 16 of the 20 units at the apartment building. The American Red Cross is at the scene helping residents who were displaced by the fire.
It's not known yet how the fire started, but investigators say it does not look suspicious.
