One of the writers of "The Dirty Game" was the target of a gag that hasn't gotten many laughs around campus. An unknown Cowboy fan Saturday placed a life-sized dummy on the southwest side of Sherman Smith Training Center, a half-block from Boone Pickens Stadium. The "dummy" was accompanied by a sign that read "Take a stab at Thayer."

Thayer Evans was one of the Sports Illustrated writers who put together SI's "The Dirty Game." However, OSU students we talked to Monday weren't laughing.

"I felt it was kind of over the top," said sophomore education major Ashly Mazy. "I felt like it was stooping to their level and putting the wrong foot forward."
