Six Arrested For Selling Drugs At Duncan Apartment Complex

Police arrested six people who are accused of selling drugs at an apartment complex in Duncan.

An Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics task force made the arrests at the Elm Terrace Apartment Complex. Court documents show the suspects were selling marijuana and meth.

Officials say they had been working on catching all six for several months. They all are expected to be charged with felonies.

The suspects have been identified as: 34-year-old Richard Allan Laviolette, 39-year-old Jimmy Shan Bates, 33-year-old William Patrick Chiumento, 48-year-old Eddie Joe Jernigan, 28-year-old Breanna Marie Melton, 42-year-old Jimmie Lee Johnson Jr.
