Oklahoma Sheriff's Deputies are looking for a woman they say had at least 40 pounds of pot growing in her backyard.

Sheriff's Spokesman Mark Myers says deputies were trying to serve an arrest warrant at 23-year-old Abby Pershica's house around noon Thursday. Myers says while Pershica wasn't home, deputies did find at least 40 pounds of marijuana plants growing in the backyard.

Deputies were serving the warrant because Pershica was arrested for pot and cocaine possession after a traffic stop three months ago.

"If you're going to be wanted for a warrant for drugs, it's a good idea not to be growing pot in your backyard," Myers said.
