A bald eagle was not hurt in a mishap on the campus of Oral Roberts University campus on Wednesday.

The incident happened at chapel at an event being held as part of Spirit Day/Golden Eagle Day. The school's mascot is the golden eagle.

A trainer had brought a golden eagle and a bald eagle to chapel. The plan was for the bald eagle to fly around the room and then return to the trainer's arm.

The bald eagle took off, made one flight around the room and then collided with a window head first.

More than one person shot video of the flight and some of them posted their videos on YouTube.

The trainer says the eagle was not hurt. He checked it out, then carried it back to the stage to demonstrate to the crowd that it was not hurt.

The university says the eagle had practiced the flight five or six times before the event and didn't have any issues.
