Court papers filed late Friday afternoon showed Daniel Green suffered from schizophrenia, according to his father. When investigators asked Green about the murders he said he could have "emptied a magazine on them" but he did not remember because he "blacked out."

Police located a semi-automatic handgun when they pulled Green over after the bodies were discovered by another family member.

The documents also show Green was "heading to California" before he was stopped by officers. He told them he was going "to be with his one true love." Green's Facebook page shows and obsession with celebrity Selena Gomez.
