Ingredients:
1 can pizza dough
Garden Club jam
1/4 cup dried apricots
lemon zest
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoon milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan well with non stick cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and flatten. Spread apricot jam all over the dough and leave a 1 inch edge around the perimeters. Sprinkle with chopped apricots. Roll long-way. Cut into 12 pieces. Place into muffin tin and bake 20 minutes or until brown and golden. Mix the powdered sugar, milk and lemon zest to make a glaze. Remove the rolls from pan while warm and then drizzle with glaze.
