Police Investigate Deadly Convenience Store Shooting In NW OKC

Police were called to the Four Seasons Gas and Food store at 13 N.W. 63rd Street just before midnight Tuesday where a body was found inside.

Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened at a convenience store in northwest Oklahoma City.

Police were called to the Four Seasons Gas and Food store at 13 N.W. 63rd Street just before midnight Tuesday. Detectives say they discovered 62-year-old Habib Hajimirzaeia dead inside the store.

Police did not release whether or not Hajimirzaeia was an employee of the store or not.

At this point investigators believe the victim was shot in the head around 11:30 last night. Police say they do not have any suspects in this case, but there are several surveillance cameras around the store.

Police also are investigating two other shootings that occurred in the metro Tuesday night.

The first shooting just after 8:30 p.m. at the Sooner Haven Apartments, located at 1444 N.E. 36th Street. A man was shot and has been transported to the OU Medical Center in serious condition.

Just after 9:30 p.m. officers responded to what appeared to have been a drive-by shooting at 10604 N. Military Ave. The victims was taken to the hospital.
