Two Arrested For Breaking Into OKC Elementary School

Two people were arrested on Wednesday for breaking into an Oklahoma City elementary school.

Two people were arrested on Wednesday for breaking into an Oklahoma City elementary school.

According to the police report, Joshua McGoffin, 18, and Johnny Shields, 18, were caught by police while running from Wiley Post Elementary School, located at 6920 W. Britton Road.

A district employee saw the men on the security camera inside the school with masks on, and called police.

There was one more suspect at the scene who managed to run away from officers.

School officials say nothing appeared to have been vandalized or stolen.

Both suspects were booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on second degree burglary charges.
