Crime Stoppers Tip Leads To Arrest Of Oakhurst Man In Mexico City

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Thanks to a Crime Stoppers' tip and the US Marshals Office, an Oakhurst man wanted by Tulsa Police on two lewd molestation charges and fled to Mexico is back in Tulsa.

Brent Deckard, 28, was booked into the Tulsa County jail following his apprehension in Mexico City earlier this month.

Police say they got a tip Deckard had fled to Mexico. Working with US Marshals, police say Deckard was located in Mexico City and arrested.

Police say Deckard was then extradited back to the US.

Deckard is also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Deckard's bond is $100,891. His next court appearance is June 28, 2013.
