Tickets Go On Sale Today For Toby Keith Tornado Relief Concert

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahomans are expected to snap up tickets for Toby Keith's Twister Relief Concert when they go on sale Friday morning.

The $25 tickets will be available beginning at 10 a.m. June 21. They can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or charged by phone at 1-800-745-3000. All ticket proceeds benefit the United Way of Central Oklahoma's tornado relief efforts.

The concert will be held Saturday, July 6, at the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman. Keith will be joined by other legendary names in country music, including Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson and Ronnie Dunn. It was announced this week that Sammy Hagar, Mel Tillis and John Anderson would also join the line-up.

Keith is a native of Moore. Twenty-four people were killed May 20 when an EF5 tornado ripped through Moore and south Oklahoma City. Two people were also killed on May 19 when deadly tornadoes also hit Bethel Acres, Shawnee and Carney.
