Police Investigate Two Shootings In Southeast OKC

Police are investigating two shootings they believe are connected in southeast Oklahoma City.

The first shooting was reported at the Wentwood at Grand Hill apartments located at 403 Tinker Diagonal Street around 2 p.m. Thursday. When police arrived on the scene, they found one victim dead inside one of the units.

Soon after, police responded to another shooting. Officers say they found another victim, who had been shot in the back, at 226 S.E. 45th Street. That victim was transported to a nearly hospital in serious condition.

Police believe the two shooting are connected. Police aren't releasing the victims' names right now, as they are still trying to piece together what led up to shooting. No suspects have been named.
