Oklahoma City Police arrest a 46-year-old man accused of assaulting an officer outside a Bricktown restaurant.

Police were called just after midnight Sunday to Hooters at Flaming Lips Alley and Mickey Mantle Drive to investigate a report of public drunkenness. When an officer arrived, he saw Anthony Navarro struggling with another officer. According to the police report, Navarro was grabbing the officer's neck, pulling his head toward his chest and trying to force him into a wall.

The second officer grabbed Navarro from behind, wrapping his arm around Navarro's forehead and pulling him backward. Both officers were able to force Navarro to the ground, where he continued to resist. One officer eventually used his Taser to force Navarro to comply.

Police handcuffed Navarro and arrested him. He was booked into the Oklahoma County jail for assault and battery of a police officer, and public drunkenness.
