Suspect Arrested In Fatal OKC Shooting

Police have arrested a man for first-degree murder after a victim was gunned down in the front yard of an Oklahoma City home.

Police have arrested a man for first-degree murder after a victim was gunned down in the front yard of an Oklahoma City home.

Aaron Rodriguez, 40, was shot in the head and chest Saturday in the 600 block of S.E. 33rd Street. He was rushed to OU Medical Center, where he later died.

Police say 25-year-old Nathan McDaniels is the gunman who shot Rodriguez. Patrol officers found McDaniels Monday night near S.W. 44th Street and May. He was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.

No bond has been set.
