Cadets To Re-Enact Changing Of The Guard At Floral Haven Cemetery

Posted: Updated:

An American tradition is coming to life in Broken Arrow to honor fallen veterans.

Local cadets are re-enacting the ceremonial changing of the guard, just like the one performed at Arlington National Ceremony.

There's even a full replica of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The young cadets have spent hours learning the history and ceremony of the Guard.

They'll be performing 24 hours a day, through Monday, at Floral Haven Cemetery.

There are 3,000 Oklahoma veterans buried at Floral Haven Cemetery.
