Volunteers Bring Water, Hot Meals To Residents Stuck In Moore Neighborhood

Driving around Moore, which was no easy task, we found a free food kitchen and a free medical tent, sponsored by Mercy Hospital and set up in a church parking lot.

Grassroots efforts to help those in the tornado's trail are sprouting up across the state, and Oklahomans are reaching out to do their part.

Driving around Moore, we found a free food kitchen and a free medical tent, sponsored by Mercy Hospital and set up in a church parking lot.

They were trying to help out residents, but when residents couldn't make it out of their neighborhoods Tuesday, volunteers headed into the neighborhoods.

With hot meals and heavy hearts, volunteers loaded up food, water, and smiles to take into areas cordoned off by law enforcement.
