Deputies Arrest Wagoner County Woman For Sister's Death

Sara Davis is in custody on complaints of second degree murder, unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested a Wagoner County woman in connection with her sister's death.

Sara Davis is in custody on complaints of second degree murder, unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Investigators were called Wednesday, May 15, 2013 to a home in the 7000 block of North 49th Street East for an unattended death. They found Kristi Rider, who also goes by Kristi Stamps, dead in the home.

Investigators did not say how she died.

The sheriff's office says it arrested her sister Sara Davis, based on physical evidence and interviews. Her bond has not yet been set.
