Bank Of Oklahoma Robbed, OKC Police Seek Suspect

Authorities are looking for a man who robbed an Oklahoma City bank Monday afternoon.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, at about 2:52 p.m., a man walked into the Bank of Oklahoma branch, located at 11300 North May, and approached the teller counter. Agents say the man was wearing sunglasses and a surgical cap, and appeared to have surgical gauze wrapped around his face which was covered with makeup.

The suspect demanded money from the teller, and said he had a weapon. However, authorities say no weapon was seen during the incident.

The teller complied with the suspect's demand. The man then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen on foot, eastbound from the bank.

No one was injured in the robbery.

The FBI released the following description of the suspect:

Black male, late 20's or early 30's, 6'2"- 6'5", 300 lbs., large build, wearing a tan sweater over a light colored shirt, tan pants, white rubber gloves, with a light blue surgical cap. The suspect was wearing sunglasses and appeared to have surgical gauze wrapped around his face covered with makeup.

The robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department.
