With spring in full swing, Green Country is keeping busy with festival season. On Saturday, three of the area's biggest events brought together Oklahomans, food and fun.

They competed for the chance to take home a brand-new Hasty Bake gourmet grill.

The annual festival kicked off Thursday and goes through the weekend.

And the town really is grateful for the event year after year.

"How about a big Owasso thank you for bringing the carnival to town every year, and we hope Owasso keeps up the tradition,” Wayne Baker said.

On Saturday night there's the Expo Show, plus a cute pets contest that News On 6’s Craig Day will judge. There's also a carnival through Sunday.
