Stratford Soldier Among Two Killed In Kuwait On Thursday

21-year-old Pfc. Charles P. McClure of Stratford, Oklahoma, and 25-year-old Spc. Trinidad Santiago Jr. of San Diego, California, died in Camp Buehring, Kuwait, of injuries sustained in a vehicle accident.

A soldier from Stratford, Oklahoma, is among two soldiers killed in a vehicle accident in Kuwait Thursday.

According to the U.S. Department of Defense, 21-year-old Pfc. Charles P. McClure of Stratford, Oklahoma, and 25-year-old Spc. Trinidad Santiago Jr. of San Diego, California, died in Camp Buehring, Kuwait, of injuries sustained in a vehicle accident.

McClure and Santiago were both assigned to 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, in Fort Carson, Colorado.
