MWC Man Arrested On 67 Counts Of Rape, Child Porn Charges

Oklahoma County prosecutors have charged a Midwest City man with 67 counts of of rape, child pornography, and lewd acts with a minor.

According to police, officers responded to a complaint of lewd acts with a minor on March 7. The victim, a 4-year-old girl, told her mother on March 3 that 46-year-old Randall Fletcher had watched pornographic videos and pictures at his home while she was present.

The victim told investigators that Fletcher had touched her inappropriately and raped her on several occasions.

The victim's mother said Fletcher would babysit the 4-year-old while she was at work.

Officers obtained a search warrant on Match 8, and found hundreds of child pornographic photos and videos on Fletcher's computer, 48 of which were of the 4-year-old victim engaging in sexual acts with him.

According to the affidavit, in some of the photos and videos, Fletcher was clearly visible and recognizable.

Fletcher was arrested on April 11 at his home in Midwest City, on 67 counts of charges, including four counts of rape, 52 counts of manufacture of child porn, four counts of lewd acts with a minor, and aggravated possession of child porn, violation of computer crimes act, exhibition of obscene materials to minors charges.
