Six small earthquakes have been recorded in central Oklahoma -- a day after 10 earthquakes were recorded in the same area.

The US Geological Survey says the six quakes on Wednesday ranged in magnitude from 2.8 to 3.4 and each was centered near Luther -- about 25 miles northeast of Oklahoma City.

An Oklahoma County sheriff's spokesman says there have been no reports of damage or injury. Geologists say earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest that are felt by humans.

The earthquakes come a day after 10 were recorded in the same area -- ranging in magnitude from 2.8 to 4.3. There were also no injuries reported as a result of the Tuesday quakes.
