Edmond Police: Suspicious Man Attempting To Lure Kids Into Van

Edmond Police are on the lookout for a man they say has attempted to entice several middle school students into his van.  

Police say the man approached as many as eight students after school Thursday.

According to police, the incidents have taken place in a movie theatre parking lot that sits next to Sequoyah Middle School. 

"Talk to your kids about talking with strangers," Police Spokesperson Jenny Monroe said Friday. "It's great students came forward."

The suspect is described as a white male, between the age of 17 and 40.  He drives a black van.
