A judge ruled Wednesday a man suspected of killing a 56-year-old woman in her southwest Oklahoma City home will stand trial.

Dartangan Cotton, 22, is charged with first-degree murder for the killing of Paula Martin. Police say Cotton broke into Martin's house on September 6, 2011. A neighbor told police she saw Cotton sitting in Martin's car in her driveway before he entered her house through the garage. The neighbor called police.
