A former McLoud teacher accused of taking nude photos of her third-grade students and sending them to a former professor agreed to change her plea Friday, to guilty on all counts.

Kimberly Crain appeared in court Friday for sentencing. She had pleaded no contest to child exploitation and child pornography charges. But in a new deal with prosecutors, Crain agreed to plead guilty to all 31 counts. She'll be sentenced to 45 years in prison. She must serve at least 85 percent of her sentence.

Crain tearfully told the court and the victims' families, "Words cannot express the intense remorse I have for my actions. From the innermost part of me, please accept accept my heartfelt apology."

During the sentencing, the judge said short of murder, it's hard to find a crime that impacts a family more than child sex crimes. The judge also recommended Crain undergo mental health counseling, and said he hoped the healing process for the victims can begin.
