Visitors Return To Sam Noble Museum Following Suspicious Bag Scare

NORMAN, Oklahoma -

The Norman bomb squad has cleared visitors to return to the Sam Noble Museum after determining a suspicious book bag was harmless.

The museum called the University of Oklahoma Police Department after spotting the black bag. Police evacuated the museum and called in the bomb squad.

The squad X-rayed the bag and determined there was nothing dangerous inside. Visitors were then allowed to return to the museum.
