A Tulsa man is being held in Tulsa County Jail on a $65,000 bond after Tulsa Police officers searched his east Tulsa home. Charley Jefferson Phillips, 53, was arrested Friday evening in the 11700 block of East 18th Street.

Another man at the house, 25-year-old Justin Phillips, was released on bond Saturday morning in a related arrest.

Tulsa Police officers went to the men's home to serve a search warrant. They found several firearms and baggies of methamphetamine, according to an arrest report.

Officers say they also discovered active surveillance cameras and items used in the distribution of narcotics like baggies and scales.

Both men were booked on complaints of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, the use of surveillance equipment during the commission of a felony and possession of paraphernalia.

The elder Phillips was also arrested on a complaint of felon in possession of a firearm. Records show he was convicted of meth manufacture and possession of a firearm in 2008. In that conviction, he was also found guilty of unlawful use of video surveillance equipment in the commission of a felony and possession of a controlled drug. A charge of unlawful use of a police radio was dismissed.
